A wizard built from exactly 101 parts shouldn’t look this good. But ABrickDreamer — an Italian AFOL building out of Singapore — has a knack for squeezing maximum character out of minimal piece counts.

This is “The Blue Wizard,” his second entry in the 2026 Rogue Olympics — a community building contest where each round gives you a single-word prompt. His prompt? Blue. And he ran with it.
The robes are the star here. A mix of dark navy and medium blue slopes create angular, flowing geometry that genuinely looks like draped fabric. The design was driven by whatever interesting blue slopes ABrickDreamer had on hand, and that constraint-based approach gives the whole figure an organic, almost improvised feel. The nougat slopes forming the rocky base — recycled from a previous ninja build — ground the wizard nicely, while tiny plant elements and grey rock pieces add just enough environment to sell the scene.
With nearly a thousand MOCs on his Flickr and a YouTube channel full of tutorials and build breakdowns, ABrickDreamer has been quietly prolific in the AFOL scene. His builds tend to punch well above their part count — and this wizard is no exception. Sometimes the tightest constraints produce the most magical results.
