Queensbridge is not a safe place to be carrying royal grudges. +Khorne’s compact medieval ambush scene, Queensbridge Murderers, Tales of Old, turns a little stretch of tan masonry into a whole political disaster.

The bridge itself does a ton with a restrained footprint: three repeating arches, chunky cutwaters, and those pale gray uprights give it the kind of sturdy civic architecture that instantly sells the setting. I especially like how the dark water tiles underneath make the structure feel elevated without needing a huge base.
But the real hook is the staging. The assassin is tucked right into the flow of traffic, the victim is already tipping into tragedy, and the two bystanders keep the scene from feeling like a static duel. It is small, clean, and just theatrical enough: medieval intrigue in one very bad commute.
