Every AFOL has that one early build they remember as a turning point. For Jakub Drobny, The Battle for the Watchtower was one of those milestone MOCs, first shared when he was just 13. Now it gets a cleaner presentation, and honestly, the little fortress still has plenty of fight in it.

The scene has that classic LEGO Castle energy: a chunky round watchtower planted on a rough reddish-brown patch of earth, blue banners snapping above, knights scrambling below, and just enough trees to make the battlefield feel like a place instead of a display base. I especially like how the uneven terrain gives the whole vignette a lived-in, trampled-under-boot feeling.
The tower is the star, though. The round shape does a lot of heavy lifting, with small protrusions and roof bits breaking up the silhouette so it never feels like a plain cylinder. The splashes of teal-gray, dark red roof sections, and bright blue flags give it a toy-like fantasy punch without losing the medieval mood.
There is something very charming about seeing a builder revisit an early creation instead of burying it. This one deserves the fresh spotlight.
