InfinityBrick’s Jaguar A2 three quarter view is not just a standalone armored vehicle build, it is the opening shot in a much larger nostalgia-fueled project. The idea of remaking Magnus’s old CBU and NBR vehicles from the classic Flickr and Brickshelf era gives this MOC a nice sense of lineage. This is builder influence made visible in bricks, and I always enjoy seeing AFOLs revisit the creations that helped pull them deeper into the hobby.

What makes this interesting is the balance between tribute and modernization. Military vehicle MOCs live or die on proportion, surface texture, and silhouette, especially when you are dealing with a tracked MBT-style machine like this. The tags point to woodland camouflage, armor, turret work, and a Neo-CBU flavor, which suggests a build that is trying to preserve the spirit of those older fictional military designs while sharpening them with current parts and technique.
I also like the personal angle here. InfinityBrick remembers following Magnus’s work while getting seriously into LEGO military building back in 2016, and that kind of influence matters. Hobby history is built out of these little handoffs: one builder inspires another, who years later circles back with a new version, a cleaner technique, and a fresh wave of appreciation.
