“Skin and bones means safe homes.” That Aurtuvian saying sounds considerably less reassuring once you meet the kingdom’s executioner. BZP-Darknut’s Starving Executioner is an insatiable demon known to devour its charges. Apparently, the royal payroll doesn’t cover lunch.

The builder describes this as a fun build using smaller parts, with a ribcage design that became the starting point for everything else. That’s the sort of creative rabbit hole I love: find one promising anatomical detail, then build the nightmare around it. Who needs a friendly little spaceship when your parts bin has other plans?
With CCBS, Technic, and Bionicle in the mix, this monster sits firmly in constraction territory. The smaller-parts approach is the hook for me, though. A skeletal subject gives those little elements a wonderfully unpleasant job: suggesting a body defined by what’s missing. Give me a ribcage-led demon and one ominous scrap of folklore, and I’m already imagining the kingdom foolish enough to employ it.
