Fast, tiny, and probably up to no good

Oscar Cederwall’s Aster Ingrav PTV5 has exactly the kind of sci-fi vehicle flavor I love: small, impractical for honest work, and clearly designed for people with suspiciously urgent errands. The description makes it sound like an oddball machine in the colonies, with not much cargo room but plenty of speed and maneuverability. In other words, the perfect ride for couriers, shadowy professionals, and anyone who would rather vanish before the authorities start asking follow-up questions.

What makes this fun is how strongly the concept defines the vehicle. A hovercar does not need to be huge to feel interesting. It needs a clear role, a strong silhouette, and enough attitude to make you believe someone in that world would choose it for a very specific reason. The Aster Ingrav sounds like it was built around escape velocity more than comfort, and that gives it personality immediately.

I also like the Beyond Sol setting baked into the tags. Oscar’s sci-fi builds often feel like they belong to a larger used-future universe, where vehicles have histories, owners, and slightly questionable maintenance records. This one fits that lane beautifully: quick, compact, and dangerous mostly because of who might be driving it.
