ThatGuyNateLego has launched a slick LEGO Viper Mark II that’s practically begging to scream out of a Battlestar launch tube. The classic Battlestar Galactica fighter is one of those designs that lives or dies by its proportions, and this mid-sized model nails the long nose, triple-engine tail, and “please make pew-pew noises” silhouette.

I’m especially fond of how clean the shaping feels without getting overcomplicated. The nose tapers nicely into the cockpit, the wings sit at just the right aggressive angle, and the rear engine cluster gives the whole ship that chunky, military sci-fi punch. It looks display-ready on a shelf, but also sturdy enough for the essential swoosh test — including a hard 180 while muttering “Frack me!” under your breath.
So say we all: this is a tidy little tribute to one of television’s greatest space fighters.
