Karf Oohlu Lite has summoned something delightfully wrong from the deep end of the parts bin. Iä~ Iä~Ptaw is pure pocket-sized Lovecraft: one enormous staring eye, a beard of writhing dark gray tentacles, and a body that seems to be deciding whether it is a monster, a shrine, or a bad idea with excellent posture.
The fun is in how chaotic it feels without actually losing control. The tentacles curl and knot around the base like living smoke, while the swept horns give the silhouette a wicked little wingspan. Up top, that spiked finial makes the whole creature feel ceremonial, like it came with its own forbidden parade standard. I especially love the tiny tan claws peeking out from all the gray; they are just enough color to make the eye pop even harder.
That which is, is not… but it is definitely LEGO, and definitely staring right back. A tiny nightmare, neatly built.
