Kalais Bricks has gone back to one of the all-time great classic Space color schemes, and I am never going to complain about more M:Tron. [MOC] M:Tron Speeder sounds like exactly what a small faction vehicle should be: fast, punchy, and built around enough visual swagger to make that black, red, and neon trans-green palette sing. M:Tron never did subtle, and thank goodness for that.
What really hooks me here is the parts conversation happening under the hood. Using unusual elements from Bionicle and Jack Stone to build a classic-inspired space craft is such a fun builder move, especially when those themes were overlooked childhood blind spots. That kind of rediscovery often leads to the best MOCs, where oddball pieces stop being weird leftovers and start becoming exactly the shapes you needed. It also feels right for M:Tron somehow. This was always one of LEGO Space’s more toyetic, high-energy themes, so a speeder built with unexpected parts seems perfectly in character.
