NikiFilik’s Sad Om Nom understands one very important truth: the fastest way to make a cute character even cuter is to deny them snacks. Poor Om Nom, best known from Cut the Rope, has apparently found himself in the worst possible timeline, because there is no candy. That is a tiny tragedy, but it makes for a very strong LEGO character premise.
What I like here is how direct the emotion is. Cuddly character builds live or die on expression, and Om Nom is already designed around big, readable feelings. Turning that into a brick-built sad face gives the model an instant hook. You do not need complex lore or a giant scene. You just need one little green creature radiating maximum dessert-related despair.
Built for BrickNerd’s AdoraBuild 2026 Cuddly Characters category, this feels like a perfect fit: simple concept, clear personality, and enough sweetness that you almost want to hand the poor guy a candy piece immediately.
