Ogel’s Big Toothy Science Project

·

Alpha Team’s Mission Deep Sea era already had peak Saturday-morning-cartoon energy, but Gnarlicbread_ cranks the dial straight into “mad villain with a questionable marine biology degree.” Ogel’s Mutant Mosasaurus feels like exactly the kind of beast you’d find lurking beneath an underwater base, waiting for Dash Justice to make one bad turn in a sub.

Ogel’s Big Toothy Science Project

The fun here is in the silhouette: long, low, and properly prehistoric, with a chunky head that sells the mosasaurus menace without losing that LEGO action-theme charm. I especially dig the way the mutant angle gives the builder permission to push the creature beyond “accurate dinosaur” and into full Ogel nonsense. Those exaggerated proportions and aggressive shaping make it feel like a genetically modified guard dog for the seafloor.

It’s a compact build, but it lands the assignment: scary sea lizard, classic theme nostalgia, and just enough villainous cheese to make me want a whole Alpha Team reboot wave.
