Parallax sounds like the sort of starfighter you unlock after beating a boss who absolutely did not fight fair. It’s also the name of this LEGO sci-fi creation by Greeble_Scum, aka Milwaukee builder Scott Wilhelm. Consider my targeting computer interested.

Scott labels the Flickr image simply “Poster Shot,” leaving the lore department wide open. Interceptor? Cyberpunk getaway vehicle? The tags suggest a cyber fighter, but I’m happy to let that excellent name do some world-building. Somebody aboard this thing definitely has an outstanding docking fee.
For the brick-minded among us, the tags also flag greebling and SNOT—studs-not-on-top construction. Those are two of my favorite ingredients in a spaceship build: opportunities to break away from stacked-brick geometry and give an imaginary machine its own mechanical vocabulary. There are two detail shots available, too, for anyone ready to investigate beyond the poster treatment.
Scott’s bio reads “Never enough time to Lego…” A painfully relatable transmission from another corner of the brick galaxy.
