František Hajdekr’s Streamlined Steam Locomotive looks like it has already outrun the camera. At this small scale, the all-red body is doing the heavy lifting: a rounded bullet nose, long smooth boiler, tucked-in cab, and squared-off tender all line up into one clean aerodynamic swipe. It is very “future of rail,” but in the charming LEGO way where a few curves and slopes can suggest an entire era of speed records.

The best trick is how little of the machinery peeks out. Gold wheels and dark gray running gear stay mostly under the red shroud, just enough to remind you this is still steam under the streamlining. I also like the narrow roof ridge and tiny clear cab window, which break the red without spoiling the silhouette. Simple? Sure. But simple with intent is exactly why it works.
