Mantis.King’s Standing Turtle Recon By Fire looks like a little battlefield spotter that wandered out wearing an orange hardhat and decided to bring artillery anyway. The round shell/helmet does a ton of character work, especially over that narrow black torso and those long, stick-like legs. It is goofy in the best Mobile Frame Zero way: instantly readable, just a bit awkward, and absolutely ready to ruin your line of sight.
The fun is in how cleanly the systems read. Light bley shoulder packs become greeble launchers, with red cones and long antennae making the scanners pop without turning the frame into visual soup. I also love the little blasts of trans-neon green at the tips, because tiny sci-fi machines deserve tiny dramatic punctuation. The brickblend mix of LEGO, Block Tech, and Make-It Blocks parts gives it a scrappy tabletop charm, like a field repair that accidentally became adorable.
