Unitron, in microscale? That’s two excellent reasons to interrupt my regularly scheduled spaceship swooshing. Mr_Minotaurus brings the LEGO Space theme into small-scale territory with Unitron Spaceship, tagged for Shiptember. A spaceship celebration with room for the little guys? Count me in.
Microscale spacecraft scratch a particular AFOL itch: how much ship can you suggest without building every corridor, airlock, and suspiciously bottomless maintenance shaft? At this scale, a tiny change can carry a lot of visual weight. It’s the sort of building challenge that makes me stare into a parts drawer and mutter, “You could be an engine.” Perfectly normal hobby behavior.
Mr_Minotaurus describes themselves as primarily a Space AFOL, while leaving the door open for anything else that demands to be built. I respect that policy. Still, a Unitron entry feels like an excellent excuse to stay among the stars. More obscure LEGO Space love, please—and keep the microscale fleet coming.
