Festering Degradation by Gnarlicbread_ is exactly the sort of Bio-Cup nightmare fuel I love: part creature, part process, and fully committed to the theme of metamorphosis. This isn’t a clean butterfly-from-cocoon transformation. This is the gross, crunchy, “maybe don’t touch that” side of change.
The bug-like mutation vibe feels right at home in Bionicle territory, where textures can swing from armored to organic in a single connection. What sells it for me is the sense that the build is actively becoming something worse — not posed as a finished monster, but caught mid-decay, mid-growth, mid-oh-no. That’s a tricky balance to hit, and it makes the MOC feel wonderfully alive in the most unpleasant way.
Bio-Cup builds are always a buffet of clever parts and unsettling silhouettes, and this one looks like it crawled straight off the table. Deliciously nasty.
