From the starting grid to the starship registry: Xavier CLEMENT has taken LEGO Speed Champions set 77262 on a decidedly unauthorized detour. His microscale cruiser uses only parts from that single set. No raiding the spare-parts bins when the engineering department hits a snag!

That restriction is the hook for me. Building a microship is already an exercise in suggestion: you need to sell the scale and purpose without room for much literal detail. Add a fixed inventory originally intended for a car, and every available element becomes a little design negotiation. Spaceship first, donor set second—that’s the trick.
Xavier says he aimed for a realistic aesthetic that would read clearly, while candidly admitting this isn’t his best construction. I appreciate that honesty, but the experiment itself deserves a salute. Sometimes the most useful building prompt isn’t “What could I make with anything?” It’s “What can this one box become?” Apparently, it can leave the planet.
