Teal Appeal and 1,078 Horses

Some classics are restored. Others are handed 1,078 horsepower and told to behave. EliteGuard01’s custom 1964 Chevrolet Impala SS lands gloriously in the second camp, mixing the old coupe’s mile-long swagger with the kind of hardware normally reserved for supercars and poorly supervised video-game garages.

The teal bodywork is a smart choice. That bright color lets the Impala’s long hood, low roof, and broad flanks do the talking, while oversized rims, a lowered stance, rear diffuser, and spoiler make it clear this Chevy did not come here for a quiet Sunday cruise. It is a neat bit of digital car design: preserve the instantly recognizable 1964 silhouette, then turn every performance dial clockwise.

Under the hood—at least in the builder’s delightfully unrestrained backstory—is a supercharged 8.4-liter V10 producing 1,078 horsepower. Four-wheel drive helps launch it from 0–60 mph in 2.1 seconds, presumably before the minifigure driver has finished clipping on a seatbelt.
