The elephant in the room is standing on a very blue box, and honestly, it has earned the spotlight. 暁工房’s African bush elephant keeps things wonderfully restrained: no sprawling savanna base, no extra foliage, just a confident gray silhouette perched like a tiny museum piece.

What sells it for me is the head. Those big angled ears give the build its instant African elephant read, while the white curved tusks slice cleanly through all that dark gray. The trunk has just enough bend and taper to feel alive, and the small black tail on the other end is the kind of little punctuation mark that makes a LEGO animal feel finished. I also like the squared-off body shaping; it is blocky in the best LEGO way, but the slopes and panel changes keep it from turning into a gray shoebox with legs. Compact, clever, and quietly majestic.
