This gun is all bang and no blueprint

·

Karf Oohlu Lite has delivered the sort of LEGO joke build that works because the model commits fully to the bit. The Perils of Pauline presents us with Jeremiah Pauline, a supposedly prolific gun maker whose long career has apparently produced many firearms and exactly zero reliable design instincts. The setup is already funny, but the build seals it by looking just plausible enough to make the disaster even better.

What I like most here is the balance between silliness and clean execution. This is tagged microscale, but it still has real sculptural presence, with a compact silhouette that reads instantly and enough odd shaping to suggest that something has gone very wrong in the engineering department. It feels like the brick-built equivalent of an inventor proudly unveiling a machine moments before everyone nearby takes two nervous steps backward. Sometimes a MOC does not need epic scale or deep lore. Sometimes it just needs a sharp visual gag and the confidence to let it land. This one absolutely does.
