Tiny Pillars, Big Truck Energy

Small details, big payoff: captain_j03’s GMC Flatbed is the sort of 7-wide truck where the clever stuff hides in plain sight. The rear corners of the flatbed use those tall 1x1x3 bricks as upright pillars, a Dennis Oud-inspired touch that instantly makes the bed feel more like a working rig and less like a box with wheels.

Tiny Pillars, Big Truck Energy

I love that this came from the most relatable builder moment possible: knowing a part exists, forgetting you own it, then finding exactly two when you’re hunting for something else. Mike the Mechanic apparently swapped them in right there, which is peak garage energy. On a small vehicle, one vertical line can change the whole read. Here it gives the GMC a little bite, a cleaner silhouette, and just enough industrial practicality to make you believe it has hauled something heavier than a crate of minifig donuts.
