Two years in the making—“kind of,” according to the builder—and this LEGO Boeing 757-200 has earned its parking spot. TheKansan12’s 1:35-scale airliner is permanently displayed at the Kansas Aviation Museum. That’s a pretty excellent destination for a pile of bricks with seriously lofty ambitions.

The feature list reads like a preflight checklist: full interior, custom stickers, motorized engines, and what the builder describes as basically every moving feature recreated. And those display supports? They’re there for presentation, not because the landing gear needs a rescue crew. This jet stands on its own.
But the turbines are the bit that has my inner aviation nerd requesting a closer inspection. TheKansan12 reckons the fan-blade design is the best LEGO version ever created for this engine size. A bold claim, certainly, but making a convincing turbine that also spins is exactly the sort of engineering rabbit hole I love. Forget the in-flight movie; I want the engine demonstration.
